Feel free to add different fields to your form in order to collect needed information from your customers. Click “Add content” button to fill form with necessary fields.
Select and add fields by clicking on them.
To change fields order, point the mouse at the dotted icon, left-click, and drag the field up or down without releasing the button. To delete the field, click on the delete icon.
